There was a man who prayed to a stone god, “Dear God, please help me to win the lottery! Please, God, please! Help me to win the lottery.” The next day, the man prayed the same prayer. “Dear God, please help me to win the lottery! Please, God, please! Help me to win the lottery!” And, the next day he prayed the exact same prayer! “Dear God, please help me to win the lottery! Please, God, please! Help me to win the lottery."
Now the story goes that the man prayed this prayer day after day, month after month, until one day something happened. The stone god came to life and stood before the man and said, “Dear Son, please! Please, Son, please! Buy a lottery ticket!”
Moral of the story: Wishful thinking doesn't work, you need to take actions!
